HOW TO ORDER

Email us on orders@lavenderhands.com
State the design that interests you. Once you have sent an email to us we will contact you within 1 working day for a personal consultation.
Initially this will be by email, but a telephone conversation, in English, can be a further option if you so require.

You can discuss any changes you may like to make in fabric or colour, you can also order your unique label.

When you want to make your order you will need to go to the Measurement page.
Take your measurements and send these to us. You will be guided through this process on that page. This ensures that your garment is tailored to fit you exactly.

Before your garment is started you will be asked to pay a limited deposit including shipping costs by bank transfer; once this is received we take your details to the pattern maker and the process begins….
We are confident in our products but if there is a problem please see our Returns Policy .

Your bespoke order will be ready within 14 working days unless when we discuss your order it is otherwise stated.
We are happy for you to contact us at any time for details of the progress of your order whilst it is being made.
