CHATEAU NOIR
The windy battlements and the striped portcullis framing the grand archway of a chateau gave rise to the creation of this coat/dress.
It is made in a luxurious grey cashmere wool and has black faux leather strips sewn in asymmetrical lines. This garment can be worn as a winter coat or as a dress in itself because it is semi- fitted to the body. The lining has a grey blue to rust red sheen which lifts the colours from the coat. It allows the coat to be worn as a long jacket and remain open to reveal the matched silky lining.
